A milestone second for an artist’s profession is after they go from the product to the platform. World famend Danish digital group WhoMadeWho over the course of 20 years have produced a sonic fingerprint that’s merely unimaginable. Eight albums and dozens of EPs, singles, and remixes later WhoMadeWho have formally created their very own label, The Second, and have teamed up with British artist Every thing Is Artwork for its inaugural launch, “All The Love.”
The story goes that Tomas Barford of WhoMadeWho opened the demo despatched over by Adam (Every thing Is Artwork) and was mesmerized by the vocal pattern. The humorous half is that the vocals had been written by Adam, however prompted into an AI software program which created a whole AI track. After listening to what in Barford’s phrases was an “admittedly lame” monitor, Adam extracted the vocals and produced the instrumental monitor for these vocals himself. After WhoMadeWho added some vocals and guitar to offer it some human contact “All The Love” was born.
“All The Love” embodies all the things WhoMadeWho is about. It’s enchanting, emotional, melodic and impressed. Heat synths and tender vocals construct over its percussive base earlier than an irresistible melodic and natural home breakdown. It’s the right monitor to kick off their label.
