The Distillery Meeting
Dwight gathers the team at the distillery to discuss the ongoing threat against them.
Everyone attends except Chloe, who is busy handling real estate offers for her late father’s burned-down home. Joanne insists their priority should be bottling the Montague 50.
Musso’s Mission
Musso abruptly orders Dwight to report to a specific address, reminding him that his options are limited. Joanna finds it strange that Musso won’t simply send Goodie.
Bigfoot drives Dwight to a waiting self-driving car. When the vehicle refuses to open, Dwight panics, pulls his gun, and accidentally activates the music system before firing into the console.
By the time he reaches Musso, he’s furious. Musso laughs it off and jokes about whether he should arrest Margaret or Mitch first.
Musso explains that they’re heading to Texas to deal with Dexter Deacon, also known as “The Watchmaker,” a contract killer with no moral code who murders anyone for a price. He calls the trip a “team-building exercise,” assuring Dwight he’ll fit right in with the guns and thugs of Texas.
Tyson’s Plan
Back in Tulsa, Bodhi and Goodie are eager to keep working, but Tyson pushes to investigate Cole. Goodie warns that Tyson is “playing checkers while Dwight plays chess,” yet Tyson persuades Bodhi and Grace to join him anyway.
During the drive south, Musso questions Dwight about Armand. Dwight replies that Armand is in the Rockies with his family.
Musso finds it interesting that “the general” has lost one of his soldiers. Dwight wonders aloud whether this assignment is Musso’s own second chance.
Chloe and Mitch
At the Bred 2 Buck, Chloe drinks Irish coffee while Mitch reminds her that she has people who care about her now. He encourages her to share her distillery knowledge and gifts her a classic car like the one he took her to prom in.
The Traffic Stop
Musso and Dwight are pulled over by a deputy. Musso flashes his badge, but Dwight steps in, offering Thunder basketball tickets for the deputy’s kids.
The deputy lets them go, and Dwight later tells Musso he described him as an award recipient.
Following Cole
Tyson, Grace, and Bodhi tail Cole in Tyson’s bright Cybertruck, which draws plenty of attention. They follow him to a bingo hall, where Cole runs the game.
At the distillery, Joanne presses Bigfoot for information on Dwight’s whereabouts, but he refuses to tell her. Clara, Armand’s wife, arrives demanding answers.
She says Armand was supposed to join them but never did. Joanne later calls Dwight to report that Clara doesn’t know where her husband is either.
The Watchmaker
In Texas, Dwight and Musso meet Dexter Deacon at his watch shop. Deacon quickly grows suspicious, asking whether Dwight is working with law enforcement.
Dwight claims he wants to make a large purchase and tells Deacon to “ask around” about him before leaving.
The Bingo Scam
Goodie arrives at the bingo hall and realizes Cole’s game is a front. Cole takes a percentage of the door, plants ringers among the players, and pockets the winnings.
When Tyson wins, Cole confronts them, refusing to pay. Goodie warns that denying the payout will expose Cole’s scam to everyone in the room.
Cleo’s Meltdown
Mitch and Cleo stop at a gas station, where Cleo impulsively steals several items. Later, she drives drunk to Jeremiah’s home, spins donuts on his lawn, and throws a bottle of bourbon at his front door.
When Jeremiah confronts her, she threatens him, accusing him of destroying her father’s life. Jeremiah warns Mitch to get her under control before things escalate further.
Tyson’s Interrogation
At a strip club, Tyson spends money freely before being pulled aside by a dancer he connects with. Their private moment ends abruptly when Cole storms in with a gun.
Back at the Bred 2 Buck, Mitch scolds Cleo for her reckless behavior, warning that it could land them all in prison.
Meanwhile, Cole interrogates Tyson about the Montague 50. Tyson denies its existence, but Cole beats him and then threatens the dancer, holding her at gunpoint.
Tyson breaks under pressure and reveals the location of the 50. Cole celebrates, while Tyson hides inside the bulletproof Cybertruck to survive the gunfire from Cole’s men.
Musso’s Motive
In Texas, Musso admits his pursuit of Deacon is personal. Dwight asks why Musso needs him instead of a task force, but Musso insists Dwight is the only man for the job.
Political Ambitions
Later, Dwight and Margaret share a drink and discuss Cal Thresher’s gubernatorial ambitions. Margaret doubts Cal’s chances as a confirmed bachelor, but Dwight urges her to “change the weather” in Cal’s favor.
The Missing 50
Dwight receives a call from his team: every barrel of the Montague 50 has been stolen. The cellar is completely empty. When he asks about Tyson, he’s told the young man will live. Dwight’s reply is cold and final: “Dunmire won’t.”
