The Westies has added to its solid. Titus Welliver has joined the collection. He’ll star alongside JK Simmons within the MGM+ crime drama, which was introduced in March 2025.
Co-created by Chris Brancato and Michael Panes, the collection is ready within the 1989s because the Irish American crime gang takes on the Italian Mafia.
Deadline shared the next about Welliver’s position:
“Welliver will play Glenn Keenan, a troubled NYPD officer who grew up with the Westies crew, torn between loyalty to the legislation and love for his wayward son. He possible will spar with Simmons’ Eamon Sweeney, the charismatic however ruthless chief of The Westies, in a pairing of two achieved actors every of whom has headlined their very own collection.”
The premiere date for The Westies shall be introduced later.
