As a South African, it’s beautiful to see an act finally incorporate elements of Amapiano into jazz house considering how the rich jazz influence found in the genre. Not only that, Kaesu’s presence here pours a UK hip hop flair into the mix, and it’s lovely to see how his smooth flows complements the charming piano arrangements. The rhythm section serves as the life blood of the track along with the bass, it’s groovy, colorful, and full of character, tying everything together with an irresistible sense of movement.
