As far as up-and-coming artists go, LA’s own GUDFELLA can easily throw his name out as one of the top ones out there. Those clamoring for his debut EP need to wait no longer, as galleria has officially dropped.
A 7-track collection of emotive and dancy heaters, galleria is set to take off in the thick of these summer months. The project’s standout track “looking” features magnetic vocals from Callie Ross and brings the love and romance to the EP; scintillating synths and a free-flowing bassline bring the magic of this track to life. Other highlights include the disco-fueled “pillowtalk” featuring Young Bae, and the powerful and vibrant “mind + heart” with Hayley May.
On the project, GUDFELLA says,
“This EP is all about taking inspiration in every pocket of magic that life guides you through. I wanted to make it feel like a gallery of my different tastes in music, whether it be pop, jazz, house, techno. At the end of the day, I want the songs to paint a picture of me.”
The picture is clearly painted of an artist who cares deeply about their craft and wants to give listeners enjoyable tunes to vibe to.
