Prepared or not, a follow-up to a fan-favorite horror movie is coming quickly: The highly-anticipated sequel to hit 2019 movie “Prepared or Not,” titled “Prepared or Not 2: Right here I Come,” will get a 2026 launch from Searchlight Footage.
“Prepared or Not 2” will hit theaters April 10, 2026, Searchlight introduced on Thursday. Samara Weaving returns to the horror franchise as ill-fated bride Grace, who survived her twisted would-be in-laws.
Radio Silence’s Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett are again to direct the sequel, and Weaving is now joined by a slew of iconic horror stars. Scream queens Kathryn Newton and Sarah Michelle Gellar are actually a part of the “Prepared or Not” household, together with Shawn Hatosy, Néstor Carbonell, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng, and Elijah Wooden.
