South Indian actor, Prakash Raj and his choreographer-wife, Pony Verma, celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary on Tuesday (August 24, 2021). But the celebrations were extra-special this time around after their son, Vedhant, asked them to get married again so that he can witness the special moment that had happened 11 years ago.
The doting parents got married again to fulfil their son, Vedhant’s wish, and now, pictures from the same are doing rounds all over the internet. For the unversed, despite having an age gap of 12 years, Prakash Raj and Pony Verma got married on August 24, 2010. It was an intimate wedding which was attended by their close friends and family members.

On August 24, 2021, Prakash Raj took to his Twitter handle and shared an unseen picture from their wedding with his wife, Pony Verma. In the priceless picture, the couple looked stunning in their respective traditional attires as they posed for the camera while diving deep into each other’s eyes. Along with this rare picture, Prakash penned a lovely wish for his wife, Pony, in his tweet, and it can be read as “It turned out so right.. for strangers in the night”.. thank you my darling wife .. for being a wonderful friend.. a lover and a great co-traveller in our life together.. #happyweddinganniversary @PonyPrakashraj.”
After some hours, Prakash Raj again took to his Twitter handle and surprised his massive fanbase by sharing beautiful pictures with his wife, Pony Verma, their son, Vedhant, and other family members, as they got married again. Yes! The madly in love couple got married again as their son wanted to witness their wedding.

To mark their 11th wedding anniversary, Pony Verma had dropped a priceless video on her Instagram handle to wish her hubby on their special occasion. In the video, we witnessed some never-seen-before pictures of Prakash and Pony from their trips, dinner dates, and their other celebrations. Along with the cutesy video, Pony penned a sweet note for her husband, Prakash, in the caption, and it can be read as “11 years & we haven’t killed each other. To the stranger who is my everything now!!!”
