What higher technique to cope with the awkwardness between T.Ok.’s (Ronen Rubinstein) father Owen (Rob Lowe) and stepfather Enzo (Henry Ian Cusick) when the latter visits (shock!) than with … arm wrestling? That’s what occurs in TV Insider’s unique sneak peek of the November 11 episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star.
Enzo is on the town for T.Ok.’s thirtieth birthday, along with his younger half-brother Jonah (he’s lovely, as you’ll be able to see in our unique images)—and everybody gathers at Owen’s for dinner in our clip.
“Are you able to think about what Mother would say if she noticed all of us at dinner collectively?” T.Ok. wonders. (In spite of everything, for a short time frame, Owen thought Jonah can be his, till Gwyn realized the reality.) She’d by no means imagine it, each males know, particularly after final time.
When Carlos (Rafael Silva) asks what occurred, he finds out in regards to the arm-wrestling match at T.Ok.’s Bar Mitzvah with the “not so age acceptable” language. Each Enzo and Owen admit it wasn’t their most interesting hour. Then Carlos makes the error of asking who received. Enzo says it was a draw, whereas Owen insists he did. The next argument results in a rematch … which matches terribly unsuitable. Watch the total sneak peek above to see how badly Enzo is damage.
Rubinstein beforehand teased for us the “unimaginable love-hate triangle that we’re going to see between Enzo, Owen, and T.Ok.” as a part of our aftershow, First Response, for Episode 5, “Thunderstruck.”
Bringing in Enzo will “power Owen to acknowledge, sort of going again to his previous as T.Ok.’s father and the years that he was absent, that some harm was performed to T.Ok. and that Enzo had loads to say about what sort of individual T.Ok. would grow to be,” showrunner Rashad Raisani advised us. “So there’s quite a lot of reckoning in regards to the previous that’s gonna come by along with his character. Additionally, he’s only a complete lot of enjoyable.”
Additionally on this subsequent episode, “Kiddos,” Tommy (Gina Torres) is decided to push by her newest disaster (she has breast most cancers), Wyatt (Jackson Tempo) makes an attempt to talk-down a suicidal caller, and the 126 should carry out a harmful surgical procedure within the discipline after a person is impaled in a tree.
