Damon Wayans Jr. simply landed a full season order for his CBS comedy Poppa’s Home and now he’s bought one other laugher within the works.
The community is growing Overstepping, a multi-cam comedy produced by his Two Shakes Leisure banner and CBS Studios, with Lauren Ashley Smith set as author and exec producer.
Overstepping is ready after a monetary disaster, the place a 50-something wild baby strikes in together with her estranged 20-something stepdaughter, giving them an opportunity to rebuild their rocky relationship and lean on one another as they deal with life and love from two totally different sides of the era hole.
