Rhino has unveiled a brand new David Lee Roth field set, The Warner Recordings 1985-1994, arriving on vinyl and CD on February twenty first.
The 5-LP and 5-CD field units home Roth’s solo recordings following his exit from Van Halen in 1985, starting with the Loopy from the Warmth EP and its hit track “Only a Gigolo.”
DLR adopted that up with the profitable Eat ‘Em and Smile LP in 1986, that includes Roth teamed up with an all-star backing band that includes bassist Billy Sheehan, drummer Gregg Bissonette, and guitar virtuoso Steve Vai.
