A person has been arrested for stealing flowers left at a Birmingham memorial honoring the late Ozzy Osbourne.
In keeping with BBC, West Midlands Police arrested Parviz Jafari, 45, on August 2nd and charged him with theft after being alerted that the flowers had been taken from the Broad Avenue memorial. He’s scheduled to seem in court docket on September third.
