Prime Video has launched the trailer for its upcoming John Sweet documentary, John Sweet: I Like Me, forward of its world October tenth premiere on the streamer. Watch it under.
The trailer tells the late comedic actor’s story by way of interviews with Invoice Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Steve Martin, Eugene Levy, Catherine O’Hara, and extra, interspersed with never-before-seen archival interviews, footage, and pictures.
“I’ve made successful my entire life,” Sweet says within the clip. “And if you make successful your entire life, it’s important to carry on successful.”
Sweet’s son, Chris Sweet, provides, “If you happen to go an entire lifetime consuming your emotions, consuming your emotions, smoking your nerves, it exhibits up.”
John Sweet: I Like Me comes from director Colin Hanks, who co-produced the documentary with Ryan Reynolds. It’ll display screen throughout the opening evening of the fiftieth Toronto Worldwide Movie Pageant later as we speak, September 4th.
