Two of Japan’s rising skills – producer/DJ Sachiho & keyboardist Kanzas-Metropolis are again with their 2nd EP on Stereofox.
Persevering with the city theme of their earlier Metropolis Wildlife EP, this time they wished to check the city jungle as a house. The 4-song Homewards goals to be the soundtrack of your actions all through the day, with some uplifting/recent tunes for the busy streets of Japan & slower ones for the calm night while you’ve headed dwelling.
They add, “We created this EP by imagining the move of a day within the metropolis. We wished to make somebody’s on a regular basis second slightly richer with feelings, and with a sense of gratitude for the on a regular basis issues we take as a right.”
All songs are united by the sensation of coziness and Sachiho & Kanzas-Metropolis’s signature mix of jazzy melodies & boom-bap beats. 3 of the songs additionally characteristic guitarists Tomoki Ihira & A.M.P. Killer and sax/flute participant Kosei Nagata.
