HNNY is an enigma and I absolutely love that about him.
Given the fact how much I love his music and his prevalence in my collection, I know very little about the Swedish producer and DJ and I’ve come to terms with that. It adds the perfect layer of mystery to his music, which I usually describe as healing electronica. It reminds me of our label artist PIANIKA and it’s the kind of music that elevates your soul and patches every rapture in your heart for a short, but extremely blissful moment.
With a cryptic title as “⋆.✩ ࣪₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧”, I could only imagine the song is inspired by… the vastness of space and the fact that we’re a tiny speck in the grand scheme of things. Lush vocal chops, slow build-up and a vibe that feels like a blanket, today is a damn good day to fall in love with music.
