Whether you’re excited about it or not, it’s Fall Finale time!
And if you’re looking for our thoughts about this one, you can read our Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 6 Review.
But for a rundown of what happened on Grey’s Anatomy, let’s dive into our recap below!

Teddy and the kids pop up at Owen’s airstream unannounced, and it gets awkward when the kids burst in and bolt into his room and see Nora in his bed. They just had morning sex before Teddy arrived.
Super awkward for all involved!
Meanwhile, Bailey is frustrated when she prepares for her morning lecture series only to learn from Warren that Webber has apparently canceled it and didn’t tell her.
She rants about it and later confronts Webber about it as well. He claims he thought he told her.
The residents are prepping for the day, and Jules and Simone are taking up hobbies. Simone is crocheting, but neither Blue nor Lucas knows what she’s trying to make.
Owen is out when he witnesses a bus crash and a pile-up. He talks to a woman, Maisie, who is caught under the bus. He calls Teddy in for help, and she climbs under the bus to be with Maisie and properly assess her.
The hospital deals with the influx of people in from the accident, and Helm is randomly back after being away in Paris or something? I don’t know. But awesome, I guess.

A patient, Webber, was being treated and walked away from codes, and Bailey and some interns are there working on him until she tells them to call it, but Webber returns, randomly gets mad at Bailey for her call, and overrides her, making them prepare to crack the guy’s chest open.
Blue is still flirting with the hot and cold Ortho fellow, and she assigns him to a case involving a cranky older man with issues with his backside.
Jo is dealing with troubled, labored breathing during her check-up, so Link enlists Winston for help alongside the Obstetrics doctor there, because they want to make sure it’s not something wrong with her heart.
And it seems like she’s not going to be keeping the babies in as long as she wanted.

Some of the doctors treat Glenn, who is a home care provider, but his client, a teenager, Aaron, with autism, who is nonverbal, takes off, and Simone and Wes go after him.
She tries to take the lead in getting the boy back, but it isn’t working; he’s overstimulated, and Wes pokes fun at her for that.
So they have to back away while she devises a new plan. He has better luck connecting with the patient, though.
The kid asks about where Glenn, his provider, is, and Wes talks to him, opening up about how he can relate to having had bad experiences in hospitals.

Wes talks about his brother’s constant illness and his own experiences with it, and when he notices the kid has a basketball, they start playing together.
While Teddy is with Maisie, the bus falls further down, seemingly trapping Teddy under there with her. But she crawls out.
Jo is freaking out but trying to remain calm for Link, so she sends him to the gift shop to get her socks while she talks to Ben. He looks at her file, but he pretends to be calm because she admits that she’s terrified but trying to keep it together.
When he gets outside the room, he has the nurse page Winston 911.
Webber has everyone working on the patient, and when Bailey voices how they’ve done enough, the guy comes back. The intern celebrates, and Webber seems smug, but there’s still the issue of him weirdly undermining Bailey.
They’re headed to take the patient to surgery, but Webber is paged about meeting with a urologist.
And he’s hesitant to go, which Bailey takes as a sign that he doesn’t trust her with the patient, but clearly, there’s something else going on with Richard.

Jo’s results show that she has issues with her heart and the tissue. They break the news to her just as Link is coming, and they decide on how to treat it based on her getting a pump and wanting to keep the twins inside as much as possible.
Outside the room, Winston and Ben tell Link just how serious it is. Jo’s heart is failing.
They warn him not to let his anxiety show, or it’ll exacerbate Jo’s condition. It’s not a great prognosis for her, and Ben now has exclusive focus on Jo and Jo alone for the rest of the day.
They get Maisie to the hospital, but things are awkward with Owen and Teddy, and he calls her out for avoiding him.
Wes gets Glen to the hospital, to Simone’s surprise, but she comes up with a creative way to distract him so Wes can treat the cut on his head.
The new, quirky, lovely intern enlists Lucas’ help with Frank, the elderly patient.
She says she wants to honor her oath by giving Franks the best care, and it gets Lucas to help, even though he’s stressed out about having to increase his workload and keeps snapping at her.

Simone is surprised when Wes gives up a chance to perform a more extensive procedure to spend time with Glen. It impresses her.
Bailey performs surgery on the patient who came back to life. Teddy spots Sam, Maisie’s boyfriend, or whoever she was talking about, when he comes looking for her. She can’t give him any information.
Jo starts getting worse, so they have to rush her surgery, and Link is absolutely terrified. She’s getting rushed in for Winston to perform his procedure.
Kwan and Kavita share a moment in the elevator. He stops it and tells her about how he goes after what he wants, and they make out.
Teddy and Owen discuss how awkward things have been for him.
He takes it as a sign that they rushed into divorcing each other, but she says it wasn’t a mistake. Just as he recovers from that, he happens upon Nora, who says it’s too messy and that she’s too entangled with Teddy.
Teddy saved her life, and now she calls her for every little thing; she’s a friend. She dumps Owen, too, and now he’s alone.

Lucas apologizes to Spencer for how he’s been treating her and gives her credit when Kavita praises them.
He admits that he used to struggle with how residents treated him before, but he gets it now. Unfortunately, he’s just been so busy, but he knows it’s not an excuse.
Simone compliments Wes on how he has treated Glenn. He takes it as an attempt to ask her for drinks later, but she reminds him that she’s being constructive, and she’s resisting him. But for how long? Hard to say.
Because Jules did ask Winston out for drinks later, which woman will break their pact first? We’ll have to find out.
Baby’s heart monitors are going off, and it’s evident that they have to perform a C-Section after all. Winston wants to wait for OB, but they don’t have time, apparently, so he has to do it himself. It’s where we leave off.
Meanwhile, Webber talks to Bailey at the end of the day, and he tells her that the meeting with the doctor was for him. He has prostate cancer.
