GloRilla, like a number of different music stars right now, grew up within the church. On Sunday (Dec. 22), the Memphis phenomenon introduced her gospel roots full circle through the newest airing of Caleb Pressley’s “Sundae Dialog.”
The episode started with the previous school soccer participant inquiring about GloRilla’s time within the choir, to which she confidently responded, “I can sing actual good.” He subsequently requested her to sing a slew of songs she admittedly was not accustomed to, reminiscent of “Piano Man” by Billy Joel, “Rocket Man (I Assume It’s Going To Be A Lengthy, Lengthy Time)” by Elton John and even The Beatles’ “Hey Jude.”
