Former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley is on life support after suffering a brain bleed following a recent fall at his studio, reports TMZ.
Earlier this month, we reported that Frehley canceled the remainder of his 2025 tour dates due to “ongoing medical issues,” but it appears that the situation is dire.
TMZ is citing sources close to the 74-year-old rock icon as saying the guitarist has been on a ventilator for an extended period of time and that his family may even take him off life support as early as Thursday evening.

Frehley co-founded KISS in 1973 with Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, and Peter Criss. Known as the “Spaceman” in KISS, he played on all their classic 1970s and early ’80s albums before parting ways with the band in 1982. He rejoined KISS in 1996 and left the band again in 2002, but has had an active solo career in the years since.
