Envy of None, the band that includes legendary RUSH guitarist Alex Lifeson, have introduced a brand new album titled Stygian Wavz. Forward of the LP’s March 14th launch, the band has unveiled the title monitor and its accompanying music video.
Along with Lifeson, Envy of None options Maiah Wynne (vocals, keyboards), Andy Curran (bass, programming, stylophone), and Alf Annibalini (guitar, keyboards, programming).
Stygian Wavz is comprised of 11 tracks, together with the beforehand launched singles “Not Useless But” and “Below the Stars.” The album is the follow-up to Envy of None’s self-titled debut, which was launched in 2022.
Relating to the newly launched title monitor, bassist Curran said, “This monitor is a favourite of all 4 EONs [Envy of None members]. Regardless of the actual fact of the spartan lyrical content material, this music options our candy Maiah on lead vocals. Her harmonies and layers of vocals are actually symphonic! It’s exhausting to place a finger on what type or style this one is…and we’re pleased with that!”
