A few weeks ago we announced El Train and Miki Rose’s long-awaited follow-up to Over & Over (2015) with the opening feel-good groove single “Twin Flame”.
Today we change the vibe into something that reminded me of those weekends spent with my family as a kid. The 2 days where everyone wasn’t running around and it was all laughter, games and warm vibe. There’s something about “Run Around” that made me feel careless just like in those days. Dwelling in the intersection of neo-soul, r&b and jazz, the track brings out the best in each of the 4 incredible artists on it. Major props to Saint Rumi and Theo Juarez, who bring their own distinct flavor to the rich, well-honed sound born from El Train and Miki Rose’s decade-long musical friendship. One of my favourite tracks on the label as of latelty!
