Disturbed have unleashed the brand new music “I Will Not Break,” marking the band’s first new music since their 2022 album Divisive.
The one is being billed as the beginning of a “new period” for the multiplatinum rock act, because it marks the primary launch on Disturbed’s personal label, Mom Tradition Information.

Lyrically, singer David Draiman delves into deeply private territory, referencing the suicidal ideas he skilled a pair years in the past: “Why am I performing like an animal/ What the hell occurred to me/ I’ve had sufficient of feeling terrified/ Now I’m deciding/ That I gained’t be hiding from anybody/ The change was/ Far past bodily when all of it occurred to me/ I even contemplated suicide/ And although I’m haunted/ I can’t be taunted by anybody.”
Throughout a live performance in 2023, Draiman advised the viewers, “I miss the chums that we’ve misplaced. I miss Chester [Bennington], I miss Scott [Weiland], I miss Chris [Cornell]. And if I will be utterly sincere with you, a pair months in the past, I nearly joined them. Habit and despair can occur to anybody women and gents. The brand new music comes simply days earlier than Disturbed kick off their North American tour celebrating the twenty fifth anniversary of their debut album The Illness.
