The CW has picked up one other sitcom to air reruns in primetime. Along with reruns of The Conners, the community will now air reruns of Bob ♥ Abishola beginning subsequent Friday night time.
Billy Gardell, Folake Olowofoyeku, Christine Ebersole, Matt Jones, Maribeth Monroe, Vernee Watson, Shola Adewusi, Barry Shabaka Henley, Travis Wolfe Jr, Gina Yashere, Bayo Akinfemi, Anthony Okungbowa, and Saidah Arrika Ekulona star within the sitcom which follows the romance of businessman Bob Wheeler (Gardell) and Abishola Adebambo (Olowofoyeku), a nurse from Nigeria who he meets within the hospital after a coronary heart assault. The sequence was cancelled after 5 seasons by CBS.
The CW shared the next particulars in regards to the episodes that can air subsequent Friday:
“Pilot” – (8:00-8:30 p.m. ET) (TV-PG) (HDTV)
Within the sequence premiere, we meet Bob (Billy Gardell “Mike & Molly,” “Younger Sheldon,”) who runs his household’s profitable, extremely aggressive sock firm along with his mom, Dottie (Christine Ebersole, Tony Award-winning actress in “Gray Gardens”), his sister, Christina (Maribeth Monroe “The Good Place” “Workaholics”), and his youthful brother, Douglas (Matt Jones “Mother”). When the stress of the job lands him within the hospital, he meets Abishola (Folake Olowofoyeku “Clear”), his form, hard-working nurse to whom he’s instantly drawn. Now, all Bob must do is persuade her to present him an opportunity, which can take a while since they couldn’t be totally different. After coming to America from Nigeria to discover a higher life for her and her son, Dele (Travis Wolfe, Jr. (“Raven’s House”), a straight-A scholar, Abishola lives in a small house together with her super-protective kinfolk, Auntie Olu (Shola Adewusi “Babes”) and Uncle Tunde (Barry Shabaka Henley “Brokers of S.H.I.E.L.D.”). Whereas Bob (Billy Gardell “Mike & Molly,” “Younger Sheldon,”) waits for Abishola (Folake Olowofoyeku “Clear”) to make the subsequent transfer, her Auntie Olu (Shola Adewusi “Babes”) and Uncle Tunde (Barry Shabaka Henley “Brokers of S.H.I.E.L.D.”) make it onerous for her by stalking him. After Abishola (Folake Olowofoyeku “Clear”) calls issues off with Bob (Billy Gardell “Mike & Molly,” “Younger Sheldon,”), her Auntie Olu (Shola Adewusi “Babes”) units her up with a Nigerian pharmacist.
