Big Brother fans were shocked when the Season 38 cast of The Amazing Race was announced, and it featured Taylor Hale and Kyland Young competing as a dating couple. The two were on Seasons 24 (2022) and 23 (2021) of Big Brother, respectively, and dated on and off afterwards. However, they did not go public with their relationship until The Amazing Race casting news was announced.
