    The beloved annual Provincetown Worldwide Movie Competition (PIFF) is having a giant second with its buzzy 2025 lineup. IndieWire can announce that main horror auteur Ari Aster will likely be honored with the Filmmaker on the Edge title on the competition, which can happen from June 11 to fifteen in Provincetown, MA.

    Aster will likely be in Provincetown to obtain the award and take part in dialog with resident artist John Waters on Saturday, June 14, forward of the nationwide launch of his new movie “Eddington” on July 18.
