What I like about “Haven” is that it isn’t as simple to place in a particular style
The German producer Sine, whom we have beforehand featured along with his delicate lofi single “Maintain On”, returns with a brand new track that takes inspiration from the downtempo electronica world, whereas nonetheless carrying the lightness of lofi beats.
Constructed upon heat & nostalgic shimmering guitars, delicate vocal samples, ethereal synths, and half-time beatwork, “Haven” does really feel like a secure place; like a heat blanket. It’s each melancholic and hopeful, and aiming to be “a small refuge in sound for anybody who must pause, arrive, and breathe.”
