KMFDM have announced a new album, ENEMY, arriving February 6th via Metropolis Records.
The industrial pioneers’ 24th (!) full-length touts 11 tracks spanning two vinyl LPs, indicating that it’s a lengthy affair. The album art and tracklist can be seen below, while the lead single “Oubliette” is scheduled for a December 12th release.
The lineup on ENEMY features the group’s core trio of Sascha “Käpt’n K” Konietzko, Lucia Cifarelli, percussionist Andy Selway, plus London guitarist Tidor Nieddu. Sascha’s daughter Annabella Konietzko also appears on the album, making her songwriting debut with KMFDM on the track “Yoü.”
ENEMY will drop two weeks before the group embarks on a previously announced European tour, which runs from February 21st to March 12th. The trek encompasses 16 shows across Germany, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, and Denmark. Get tickets here.
