Since his passing in 2015, Lemmy Kilmister’s ashes have been placed on show at a few of his favourite previous haunts, together with the Rainbow Bar & Grill in Los Angeles, the Nottingham, UK music venue Rock Metropolis, and Hellfest in France, the place they’re enshrined in a large statue. Now, an urn containing a few of Lemmy’s ashes is displayed at one of many Motörhead frontman’s favourite London strip golf equipment, Stringfellows.
Motörhead supervisor Todd Singerman advised The Solar that Stringfellows “all the time held a particular place in Lemmy’s coronary heart,” explaining that, “He liked the relaxed setting — and he actually liked the view. I do know he’s relieved he can get again to having fun with considered one of his favourite locations.”
The urn at Stringfellows will probably be a duplicate of the one containing Lemmy’s ashes on show at his ultimate resting place, Forest Garden Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, California. Together with displaying the urn, Stringfellows will maintain a ceremony honoring Lemmy, set for December 18th, which will probably be attended Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell.
