The UK’s neo-soul, jazz, and r&b scene has at all times drawn me to it; the way in which the artists there mix these genres merely speaks to my soul.
I am delighted to welcome two Leeds/London skills for his or her Stereofox Data debut – singer/songwriter Honor Carr & producer/multi-instrumentalist Leo Hollywood.
They’re en path to share with the world their debut EP referred to as February (dropping June twenty sixth, really). Its creation took a 12 months (from February 2024 till 2025, therefore the title) and explores totally different conditions, feelings & relationships all through that interval, whereas using the signature UK mix of city genres.
The upfront single “ready for you” is a melancholic, but heat tune about longing and fuses superb guitars (courtesy of Dan Corridor), heartfelt vocals from Honor, and groovy drums & delicate keys by Leo.
