The American Pavilion is proud to announce the 2025 winners of the twenty eighth Annual Rising Filmmaker Showcase at Cannes, sponsored by Gold Home. AmPav is the epicenter for American hospitality on the Croisette, bringing U.S. filmmakers collectively on the world’s most influential movie competition. Ryan Coogler and Jeff Nichols are alums of the American Pavilion’s Cannes pupil program. Gold Home offered the inaugural Cultural Affect Award, which acknowledges a filmmaker whose work exemplifies excellence in multicultural narratives or underrepresented views, to Andy “Celeste” Diep for “Glad New 12 months, Ms. Luna.”

Gold Home, Write Brothers Film Magic Screenwriter, Worldwide Documentary Affiliation, Screening Companies Group, Easy DCP, Michael Wiese Productions Books, Cinelytic, and ESE Movie Workshops On-line sponsored the prize packages for these winners.
The showcase this 12 months featured 16 feminine administrators — over half of the chosen movies, which screened Might 20 and Might 21 on the American Pavilion, have been directed by ladies.
